We offer two sizes of non-climate-controlled units to suit your needs. Please make sure you choose the right one so the correct TSSA rental agreement is obtained. *Boats, Trailers, and Vehicles require different information than the Regular Self-Storage agreement.   

*You will be charged 15.00 plus tax for a required disc lock on your unit. This is your new lock to keep.  Your lock will be provided in your check-in paperwork folder when you arrive. 

*A one-time Administrative Fee of $25.00 will also be assessed.

*An 8.25% sales tax will be collected and remitted to the state on the parking of vehicles, highway-registered trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles. It's the Law.
